Colonial WilliamsburgAs would be expected, the area features an impressive list of historic attractions.  Busch Gardens Europe theme park, Water Country USA, and Colonial Downs horse racing offer additional variety. Over a dozen signature golf courses in the immediate vicinity create a golf destination, including the Michelob ULTRA LPGA Open held here at Kingsmill. Restaurants, shopping, hotels, conference centers, the Kingsmill Resort, and a full calendar of seasonal, cultural, and special events round out the picture for visitors and residents alike. The College of William and Mary, located in Williamsburg, generates a variety of additional activities for participation by the community.


Hampton Roads boasts something for everyone. It has expansive shorelines, both beach and riverfront, numerous museums, opera, festivals, numerous sports organizations, shopping malls, historic cities and towns, amusement parks and state and national parks as well.
