Description: To provide participates with an overview of the strategic planning process And the steps necessary to develop a compelling and successful strategic plan for their organizations.
Strategy is the “game plan” that management uses for positioning the company in its chosen market area, competing successfully, satisfying customers and maximizing business growth opportunities. This workshop will provide the participants with an overview of the strategic planning process including the need to develop a compelling company vision, setting challenging goals and objectives, the role organizational interdependencies plays in market development, the use of innovation in crafting strategy and the use of field work in identifying growth opportunities.
Presented by: Paul Stacharczyk, TFC Recycling
Mr. Stacharczyk has nearly thirty years of management experience in the solid waste management and recycling industries. He has managed operations with revenue in excess of $40 million annually and his experiences include presenting and facilitating discussions with senior management and employees on various topics including operations management, financial performance and safety and environmental compliance. Mr. Stacharczyk has participated in and facilitated numerous strategic planning processes with companies such as BFI Waste Systems, Allied Waste and most recently, TFC Recycling. Mr. Stacharczyk holds an MBA in Executive Management from Youngstown State University (OH).
