Two New EDA Directors Appointed 

The James City County Board of Supervisors recently appointed two new directors to the County's Economic Development Authority.

 

Mark G. Rinaldi was appointed to the EDA this past March. He is the Senior Planner for LandMark Design Group, Inc.'s Williamsburg office. Mr. Rinaldi holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (Honors) from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a B.A. in Land Use (Honors) from the College of William and Mary. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Williamsburg Symphonia.
Virginia B. Hartmann was appointed to the EDA in July. She is President of the Williamsburg Soap and Candle Company. Ms. Hartmann is an active member of the local community, where she serves as a Board Member for the Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the United Way of Greater Williamsburg.

The Economic Development Authority is composed of seven directors, who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve staggered four-year terms.
