AVID Medical, Inc., held a grand opening for its new $2.25 million, 40,000-square foot plant in Stonehouse Commerce Park on January 29, 1999. The company is the third business in the park. Mr. Michael Sahady, AVID President and CEO hopes to have 75-100 employees on board by the end of this year. AVID Medical manufactures prepackaged medical kits for specific surgical procedures.
